Gîte Cocoon is a magnificent place. The country side is more beautiful than what we imagined. Sur la Heid is right out of a book of fairytales. But, the most memorable part of our stay was your comfortable, peaceful and meticulous home and your graciousness.

What a wonderful discovery! The cottage is beautifully renovated with so much character. We loved the wood stove, the valley views, and the wild goats passing by. A true hidden gem in the Ardennes.

Perfect getaway with kids. The garden is huge, the swing set was a hit, and the village feels like stepping back in time. Véronique's welcome basket was such a lovely touch.

Peaceful, charming, and exactly what we needed. The hiking trails nearby are fantastic and coming back to the cozy cottage with the wood stove burning was heaven.

Stayed here during a European road trip and it was the highlight. The Ardennes are underrated and this cottage is the perfect base to explore them.

Cottage… awesome! Location… awesome! Host… awesome! Do you like nature, animals, tranquility, hikes, lovely little villages and good food? Go Cocooning! In the cottage a lot of information about amazing hikes in the neighbourhood.

Looking back to the past 4 months, I would like to note: finding Sur la Heid on a map, discovering the village has 28 houses, walking to school in Remouchamps with the children, my first visit to Delhaize, the first time it snowed… For all these things and more, thank you.

Had a fantastic time. A week's holiday then 3 days at the Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. The gîte was very comfortable with everything needed. Véronique and Dominique made us very welcome. Kids are 16 and 12 and we found plenty to keep them occupied.

Thanks so much for the lovely cottage. The view of the race (Liège-Bastogne-Liège) was fantastic. It was nice to meet you and visit with you. You have a very nice life, quiet. Merci.

Our stay in Cocoon was fantastic — a wonderful little house in a beautiful setting. We look forward to returning as soon as we can.

A wonderful week in your cosy cottage in the Ardennes. The walk to Aywaille, Ninglinspo, the Spa thermal baths, fries at Hayebin… all discoveries we owe to your tips. Hopefully see you again.

Even after 8 stays at Gîte Cocoon, the charm of the area still captivates us. Eating outside every day, having aperitifs in peace and quiet. If people ask 'What did you do?', 'Relax and enjoy' is the most complete answer!
